the place was clean with an extremely helpful staff with the latest desk clerk. top central location close to rome's highlights, piazza navona and fontana de trevi.

Convenient location in a secure area so close to all the major tourist sights, the Trevi Fountain, where there wer wonderful places to eat at night and easy transport links. Situated only 1 km from Mouth of Truth...

The list that they don't have Internet access, but the do have wifi, it just doesn't work in the rooms. You have to use it in the lobby , which is rather small.

The staff is very gentle and ready to help. They speak good english. The breakfast is continental, not much to eat, but some croissants and sweet treats. Very well located, the bus stop is a few steps.

The receptionists were friendly, offering us fantastic recommendations and assistance during our time exploring Rome's sights, which really enhanced our experience.

My kids wished the showers were bigger.

Location, Location, Location. 5 mins Trevi, 10 mins Spanish Steps. Good value as far as hotels in Rome go. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room while small was spotless and the air con worked real well and very little noise from it.

Wonderful location just minutes from major attractions, with friendly staff always available to assist. The free self-service bar offering drinks and snacks is a good touch. It was concerning that luggage was left in the room with the key left in the lock, which raised security issues. Staff availability is limited, working only from 9 am to 7 pm, which could be inconvenient for late arrivals or departures.

This hotel was great value. The room was clean and compact, it had shower caps, towels and slippers. Our window overlooked street. Location: the property was just next door to both the underground and the buses.

A commendable fit for a city break in Rome with fantastic value for money. The staff were super responsive, quickly arranging our airport transport via WhatsApp.

This hotel is nice, and has everything I need, like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a coffee shop. The staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.

But dear, the room reminded me of it was made for hobbits! Trying to squeeze in my suitcase reminded me of a workout.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic week at this lovely hotel! They provided helpful local tips and were always eager to assist with any inquiries. The room was cozy and modern, with beautiful tiled floors and a comfortable bed. Plus, the in-room amenities, like the Nespresso machine, made our mornings good. The central location allowed us to explore key attractions on foot, although the bathroom was a bit snug. It was a nice experience that I would love to repeat!
